Can I track which paid keywords that a visitor come from?
[in analytics, or adwords combined with analytics]Can I track which (paid/ organic) keywords that a visitor come from, on a individual-basis? Not aggregated one! And go in depth of their website behaviour one by one?
Would you mind to show me the steps? huge thanks!
Re: Can I track which paid keywords that a visitor come from?
While it is possible to track the keyword which triggered the ad and was clicked by user before they landed on the website, it does not seem to be possible to track them at individual user level. Once the same keyword brings more than one visitor, they will be grouped and hence individual user data will not be available.
It could only be possible when there was any unique identifier (such as IP address) associated with the users in question was revealed by the system. But when it is not shown because of privacy concerns, it won't be possible to have such data at individual user level.
My two cents.
