Call tracking has stopped working

I've got a number of AdWords accounts for clients where call tracking has been working fine for ages. But in the past few days it appears to have broken - i.e. the number no longer swaps to the tracking number. Also, when I go into Tools --> Conversions and look at the info for the "calls from website" conversion it says the tag was last seen on 28 September. This date is the same for all accounts. And the last time a conversion was tracked varies on each account but is always prior to 28 September.

Did something change on that date? Do I need to amend how I implement call tracking? Or does AdWords only check for the tag once a week on a Wednesday?!

This seems to be a specific account issue;

I would advise to call support and have them look into the account settings;

It's affecting about 5 different accounts. I've spoken to 1st line support and a specialist is calling me tomorrow morning....
