Call Extensions Conversion Settings

Is there a way to change how long a call is considered a qualified call. With the new enhanced call extensions, a conversion is only recorded if its over 60 seconds. Is there a way to change the timing?

Hi Heydary_Lawyers,

 

Many thanks for your question! One of the added benefits of call conversion reporting in Enhanced Campaigns is being able to customise the length of successfully connected phone calls as conversions. 

 

To do this, edit your call extension and ensure you have selected the option to use a Google Forwarding Number. (To do this, click the pencil icon beside your phone number). Check the box beside "Report phone call conversions", and input the desired number of seconds.

Hello!

 

The option no longer exists to change the conversion timing at the location specified. Could someone please tell me how to change the conversion timing for phone numbers clicked/called on a website? I originally set the conversion at 90 seconds and would like to set it back to 60.

 

Also, I have read where caller area code and duration of call is available; is this populated once conversions are active and tracked or is there another process involved for enabling this?
