Call Details Reporting Issue When extra Extension Is Dialled by User?
Just curious how call details reporting is affected when a user dials through click to call, and needs to dial an additional extension to reach a live human.
I.E. click-to-call>>business main phone system reached>>dial extension 310 to get to so and so>>connected.
Is the length of the call reported in Google affected by this? Does the call terminate as far as Google is concerned when the additional extension is connected?
