Audit Trail History- For Providing White Label Services

Hi All,

As a PPC agency, we typically link our manager account (MCC) to clients.
We have recently started to take on more 3rd party white label services.
This is when another company engages us to do work for their clients- and have less Adwords specialist skills.

If I link my MCC to a 2nd party Adwords MMC- will the change history record the changes using my email address and MCC ID- or the 2nd party.
From what I understand all changes will show against my email and MMC- and not the 2nd party.
Ideally, the changes would not show in the advertiser first party account. Can anyone make suggestions?

Thanks

Hi Liam

Unfortunately, that's the whole point. To identify the person who made the changes in the change history tool.

The only way around this is to have the agency give you an email address and use that to access the account (or set up an MCC using that address).
