Analytics data missing

I setup analytics for our website over 4 years ago and have been able to view all the traffic until today. All data is missing.

How do I resolve this? No alterations were made to the website and all I have changed is my password and user name for access to Google. I entered my original email address and password for the change.

Has the new email been added as a user to the GA account?

Log in with the old credentials, go to the admin section then select Users and add your new email as an admon user - that should do it.

Google uses unique emails for access to accounts - if you change it I'm not sure it would figure that out without being told for all functions...

This same issue has just happened to me, with absolutely no changes to the account.  All of the data is just missing.
