Analytics Event Goals not showing in Adwords

I'm using Callrail for my client and I set up a goal in Analytics to track call events sent by Callrail. This was set up on August 16th 2016 as well as being imported into Adwords the same day as a conversion item. However my client received 2 calls the week before last (9-8-16 and 9-10-16) which is showing in the Analytic goals as completed, but Adwords is not showing it as a conversion. It has been WAY over the 72 hour period and its not being reported and I don't understand why. Again, Analytics is showing the goal completion, but Adwords is not. Hello @Joshua_K,

I have extensive experience setting up callrail for 80+ clients for call tracking.

I understand your concern is that, while the event goal for call rail is populating analytics, it is not doing so for AdWords.

My first question is: was the source of these call rail calls from Google AdWords PPC ads? I do not see the source / medium selected so it does not say so in your screenshots. Analytics tracks all sources for its conversion tracking, while AdWords only populates for conversion activity that originated from a PPC ad click.

If you could answer this I could assist further.

Best,

NIck
