Affiliate links with Upgraded URLs

Hello,

I am trying to figure out how to set up the Upgraded Urls with affiliate links.

For example, let's say I have an affiliate with website www.example.com. 

I would use www.example.com in the display url of my ads and the affiliate link www.affiliatelink.com/id=123456789 in the destination url, that would make a clean re-direct to www.example.com

With upgraded urls, this is not possible anymore, but how do I set this up properly?

Welcome to AdWords Community.

Do your ads link directly to the affiliate website? Don't you bring visitors to your website and then to affiliate website? It seems to be a prohibited practice with Adwords.  Share some more insights about the scenario so that we can help you structure your upgraded URLs properly.

Thank you for your response!
My ads do link directly to the affiliate website, so there is no interference via another site.
To give you a more concrete example, this is what it could look like:

Display url: http://paleomealstogo.com
Destination url: http://www.shareasale.com/r.cfm?B=717469&U=838766&M=58743&urllink=

The affiliate link goes directly to the advertisers site.
How do I implement this?

I'm wondering about this too. Many affiliate programs do allow for direct linking and I have multiple clients that do so. I thought that putting the affiliate link through a 3rd party tracker (Voluum) would help but am getting no luck. All my ads keep getting disapproved. I'm putting the Final URL as www.merchant.com, running the affiliate link into my tracker and then taking the tracking link and appending it with ?url={lpurl}. So it would look like this:

Final URL: www.example.com

Ad URL options (advanced)

http://tracker.voluumtrk.com/1o33-0oncus-88eocuf?url={lpurl}

What are we supposed to do here?

Did anybody found solution to this ?
