Hi Community
I have 2 Goals setup in Analytics:
- Contact form sent
- PDF Downloaded
They are both setup to trigger the goal when a page is visited. (e.g.: /form-sent and /pdf-downloaded)
In Adwords, when I visit Tools -> conversions, I can see that both goals have been correctly imported from Analytics. But only 1 "Contact Form Sent" is actually receiving the values of the conversions, whereas the other is not.
See these images:
The accounts are linked, auto tagging is enabled. What could be the source of this difference in information?

Hi Jorge V
Make sure that you are counting imported goals as conversion. There is an option name "Include in "Conversions"" when you edit the conversion name.
Else check analytics for that goal, whether it's receiving or not.

In analytics, can you click on. Source/medium to see if pdf goal is from Google/cpc?
If it is, then you should wait 1 or 2 days to update.

When editing the actual conversions, do you have "The value of this conversion action is managed in analytics" selected?
In the short term, as long as both accounts are linked and auto tagging enabled, then you can still get all the data in analytics. The duration windows and timeout settings for analytics and AdWords are different, so analytics will always give you a more accurate goal count/value than AdWords. Keep playing with your settings and see how close you can get it. You should be able to get some value coming through, even if it's never 100% accurate.

Hi Tom
Yup, the value is set by Analytics.
Sorry about the black background, but i find it much more relaxing than the default white.

Hi @jorge v
can you check that Adword linking is enable for the view in which you have the goals created.
