Hi, I'm working with Analytics and Adwords for few years now and I've bumped up in to this kind of report. Is there a way to check adwords cost data by country?

I agree with Moshe on this one, at this moment there is no way you can get country wise segregation for cost data in anaytics for that you will have to use adwords reporting.
Here is a very good resource on analytics dimensions and metrics, you can check which metrics / dimensions work in combination with others with this tool by checking and unchecking relevant metrics / dimension.
