Adwords call forwarding - only the first phone number changes on my website

Hi -

I was able to insert the Google AdWords Conversion Tracking Code onto my website and have successfully tested the code by placing and clicking on my own ad via Google search.

The problem I am seeing now is that only the first number on the page changes to Google's forwarding number. The other numbers display my business line (and did not change to Google's forwarding number).

Is this supposed to happen? Or did I implement the code incorrectly?

Hi Tony L,

There are two ways to implement the code, one for a single instance and another for multiple instances. Sounds like you are using the single instance code. Basically, you assign a unique class name to each of the the blocks containing your phone number. Then, getElementsByClassName, and loop through those to update all occurrences of your phone number on the page. Google does provide an example how to do that.

Best of Luck!
