Adwords and Insights
Why are the number of calls in insights not aligned with the call clicks reported in adwords? Also the number of views in insights are much lower than the views reported in adwords.
Which should I believe?
Both since both reports are correct.
Different systems & platforms count metrics differently. And a click on an ad does not necessarily mean a call was completed.
AdWords data is correct for AdWords. Google My Business Insights data is correct for GMB. Analytics data is correct for Analytics. Web server data is correct for the web server.
Also, since you mention Insights... are you using AdWords or AdWords Express?
