Hi,

I want to set up 2 remarketing campaigns.

1. 1st campaign - All created and installed the tag in all the pages and got a remarketing list. All is running well.

2. In my second campaign - Some how Google is not giving me a new remarkting tag and creating list from the previos campaign itself.

Both the campaign are unique and of different clients. Plz help i want a new tag for my new remarketing campaign.

Hi,

Adwords provides only one remarketing tag.

If you want to target the visitors separately based on campaign, consider creating remarketing list via analytics.

Please follow below for creating one.

Thanks for your reply Raj,

1. So i will paste the same tag in new website previously mailed to my developer for another website.
2. Can remarketing list can only be prepared via analytics or we can also do it in adwords.

Oops!

I really thought both campaigns belonged to a single website.
I personally recommend separate adwords account to weed out these problems if you can.

To answer you question
1. Yes, but in your case you must use only remaketing list created via analytics for both campaigns.
2. Yes, only via analytics you can create this. (Adwords list will remarket all the visitor who clicked on both of your campaign, targeting all them would be catastrophic)

Here is what you should do

1. Ditch the 2nd campaign & create a separate account for it.

(or)

1. Paste the tag in both websites
2. Make sure adwords & analytics are linked (https://support.google.com/adwords/answer/1704341?hl=en)
3. Create re-marketing list in both analytics accounts.

4. Use conditions to filter traffic only from adwords(cpc)

5. Name to your convenience

6. Use this list for each of your separate remarketing campaign.

2. Make sure adwords & analytics are linked (https://support.google.com/adwords/answer/1704341?hl=en)
3. Create re-marketing list in both analytics accounts.

4. Use conditions to filter traffic only from adwords(cpc)

I would really recommend creating different accounts for each client as per the Google third-party policy (https://support.google.com/adwordspolicy/answer/6086450?hl=en#acc)

You can then use a My Client Center (MCC) account to manage them easily, even if you have a lot of clients.

That said, if you want to create multiple remarketing tags in the same account, under Shared Library > Audiences click the "+ Remarketing List" red button, then for "Who to add to your list" choose "Visitors of a page with a specific tag" and click the red "+ New Tag" button
