Hi Faruk,

The bar chart you are looking at is giving you month on month search volume data trend for the keyword you are searching for. Then based on that, you get the average monthly search volume i.e. 9900.

Read this help center doc for various terminologies used within that tool i.e. keyword planner:- https://support.google.com/adwords/answer/3022575?hl=en

I also have the same issue as Faruk. The data presented on the large toggle bar chart above is different than that of the data shown below for the same search term.
I have read all the documentation made a available by google on their supportpages, such as the link you posted, and it fails to give a proper explanation that I can find.

I too am having difficulty understanding why the data is different. According to the chart there is 300k-400k searches per month but when looking at the table it only shows an average of 10 monthly searches. It would be helpful if someone would explain this a bit better or is there an error etc.

I have attached a picture showing the difference.  If you look at the bar chart and compare to average monthly searches below it, they are significantly different.  What would cause this?

Here is a link for better reference that shows the chart for instance doing a keyword search of - Key Word - would give this https://goo.gl/photos/i5ayVjcq8mJ77S8K6
