Hello Abhishel S ! Welcome to the community !

Your question is very interesting for the final purpose of the entire AdWords configuration effort.

I have found an answer in the Community by searching "total sales adwords" , and this debate came up

https://www.en.adwords-community.com/t5/Manage-ads/How-To-See-Total-Sales-Generated-Through-a-Keywor...

ScottyD gives a good answer and I am just quoting here :

"

If you have assigned a value to your conversion tracking code then it's simply a case of setting an appropriate date range (perhaps 'All Time' in your case) and then reviewing the total revenue for that particular keyword via the interface.

If you don't a value set then you will need to manually make some comparisons. If the keyword is related to a product with a specific sales price then you will need to multiply the total number of conversions against that value and then compare it against the total cost within the same date range to identify your ROI."

As from your answer I understand that you don't have conversion values assigned, you have to take the step no 2 and manualy multiply every conversion with it's value.

Hi kastanwar,

Welcome.

In addition to what Addrian said above i will also suggest you to read the following page about "How to calculate ROI".

Hope this helps,
