0 clicks and 34 Sessions

Dear Forum Members,

For one of our clients I am facing a peculiar problem of the GA report showing 34 sessions but 0 clicks. I understand the other way around scenario is common where I can have more clicks than sessions, but this is something I have seen for the first time.

Another thing is that the same URL is used in another ad group and the clicks/sessions data seems reasonable so I think I can rule out code/code placement issues.

Any insight into this would be appreciated?

Thanks,

Dinesh

Hi Dinesh J,

I haven't seen this before, but wondering have you happened to check the Invalid clicks in Adwords for this unusual ad group?

Thanks,
Jason

Hey Jason,

You've nailed it! It is the invalid clicks issue. Thanks again!

Hi Dinesh,

I'm facing a similar issue - seeing sessions but 0 clicks, CPC etc. Can you let me know how you solved this and how the invalid clicks issue works? (what do i need to uncheck in my adwords acc?)

Thanks!

Trisha
