suspended account

Early September I used my mastercard for the first time. after second transaction my account suspended. Since then when I log in my account it says it is suspended due to suspecious behavior and or billing information cannot be verified. I send them an email I just get a replay saying


"Our specialists have re-reviewed the account and confirmed that it is in violation of our AdWords policies. Since this decision is final, the account will not be reinstated. Please avoid creating additional AdWords accounts, as they will be subjected to the same suspension.

Our support team will not be able to give you any more specifics on the suspension"

Then I called three times nad I have been told they are reception and they can not help me either. the reply is vague and call can not go through a right person. I don’t understand this policy why someone cannot tell me why it is suspicious. I am account holder and there was not any claim on this.

I tried to do live chat but again it does not let me to do that as my account suspended.

Please let me know if there is any way to resolve this issue

generally, after a re-review has been completed, and

the suspension has been confirmed, the suspension is

permanent and no additional details are likely to be given.


since such suspensions are with respect to an advertiser,

any new accounts or new websites will also be suspended.
