 Can not remove prior marketing agency which is still logging into our account and who assigned another owner unknown to us last evening. We did everything as listed in the Google help section. We got the newly added owner removed/unverified but when we attempt to remove the midigitalagency ownership it will not let us.

Hi @Brad C,

 

Call support and explain what you'd like to do.  It's not clear to me but it seems like there is account ownership problems, that can likely be resolved once you can verify some information.  Once you/your client retains ownership, you should be able to remove whomever you need to remove.
