There could be a few reasons why the video call did not take place. Do you have the time zone correct? If you do not hear from Google AdWords Support, you can reach back out to them. No one here can surpass them or resolve anything support is handling... as we are under them in the help funnel. We are here, as a public peer-to-peer help community, to assist (where we can) with technical help with regards to the operation & optimization of AdWords.
