I keep getting "item not found" when I add locations and keywords

Hi @Browns S,


Are you creating the items fresh or using the copy & paste feature? Are you using shared features or bulk edits or?


Also, have you tried to log out and then log back in and try again? I would do this and see.

I have seen this issue on occasion when working on keywords within the web interface. 


Per @James_Clemens logging out and back in would be the place to start.  You may also want to clear your browser cache. I am 90% sure it is a local browser issue.  


Debugging suggestion: try working in a different browser (e.g. Firefox vs Chrome) as a way to determine if it's your browser configuration that is not playing right with Google's servers.
