We have an issue which we need your help.

Our company´s employee has created the company google Adword ´s account. And she is responsible for the company ´s google adwords account as administrative access. Now she does not work in our company any longer. We created a new email account user. How can we change the new account to the administrative access? Because the new user are just standard access.

Hi there!

You'd have to ask the user with Admin access to change the access level of the new user email from Standard to Admin for your Gooogle Adwords account.

You won’t be able to change access levels for the account if you don't have administrative access.

I tried replicating the issue in my account and this is how you can do it:

1. Sign in to your Adwords account with the user who has Admin access

2. Click the "Settings" icon and select Account settings .

3. Select Account access from the navigation bar.

4. Under the "Access level" pane, user with only Admin access would be able to see a drop down for access. From there they can select whatever access changes are required.

Here are a few Google Help Center articles that you may want to take a look at:

Hope that helps!

Thanks,
