account is suspended with wrong reason

i got a voucher 75£ when i spent 25£

i added my own card (personal card) to my account ( they accepted and charged £1 from my card when i added in to my account)

i run ads for our company website for almost 1 month and they deducted money from voucher 75£

after 1 month they suspended my account with stupid reason : Your account is suspended because your billing information can't be verified

 

in fact, my company already verified with "GOOGLE LOCAL BUSINESS" - they sent letter to our company address with a code 

 

i tried many time so many time call them but the phone they gave in website only support for open new account. i requested them transfer to existing account support it always disconnected every time.

i emailed supporter and got very rude reply from one guy said : "he can not explain any reason for suspended my account"

after that he stop answer all my email

 

it already 3 months from they closed my account, nobody reply any email of me

 

I do not know why google adword very rude and funny like that

when new customer come with them they very happy but when customer in trouble they can forget so fast and do not want look back

Unfortunately, we don't have access to your account here on the forum.

All you can do is examine the AdWords policy pages and make sure you comply, then try contact AdWords via email, phone or live chat using the "contact AdWords" link in the menu above.

Sorry I cannot help any further.

i already contacted them by email and requested information of their manager
but they keep silent for last few month
i do not know how to contact with correct person to sort out my problem
if you know please help me with that info

Exactly the same 

I receive the message that "Your account something to be suspended" from June 2015. 

I deleted that campaign, keywords, ads - everything related 

And yet some script (or bot) keeps sending me the same letter 

and the funny thing is "customer support" 

absolutely unaware of anything - pure bamboo

i think all staff of google adwords went out with new customer
they do not have time to think about what they did with existing customer ( and what feeling of them)
so weird .

I think its pure mismanagement of local Senior 

what is the cause of this sabotage - who cares about the cause? 

The outcome is devastating and well, sad (

Yep, just like a boiler room. Get customer, make him pay, get % commision, go to the next one. 

It says "free support for customer willing to pay $10/day up" - go figure
