Getting a message - Your account isn't active - Your ads aren't running because we've disabled your account. 

 

There is no way to contact anyone and none of the offered solutions fixes the problem. The account is being checked on a daily basis, budget is being updated every couple of weeks and is quite active, really important to our business.

 

How can this be fixed??

Thanks for the reply! But there is no Google Support office or any kind of direct presence in Latvia, literally running out of options...

 

Have always been satisfied with Google services but blocking the account with no explanation, then offering no way to communicate, find out the issue and fix it. A bit mind blowing

Hi Ingmars,

 

Please check the 'Gear' icon at the top right corner in your AdWords interface and you can find the direct contact number of your local support team.

 

You can also find which ads or extensions are disapproved and why, by looking at the "Status" column.

 

Hover over the white speech bubble Ad disapproval bubble next to "Disapproved" and click the disapproval reason to learn more about the policy.
