You canceled your account

Just got an an email saying "You canceled your account" and we made no such action todo so. The campaigns have been paused for company restructuring, but nothing else has been done. I just don't understand why it says at your request. No request was made.

 

Any help appreciated. Thanks!

Hi @John B,

 

Did you log in and check to make sure your accounts are still in good standing?  Also, contact support if you have concerns.

Logged in and all is fine from what I can see. Just a notification that our ads aren't running. I'll shoot support an email. thanks!

If your campaigns are paused, the ads are not running, that is a standard message that will appear in your account if nothing is running.
