Hi @steve y,

Did your ad within your campaign get turned off... or did your AdWords Account get suspended?

Either way, you will receive an email with explanation as to why and what is required to fix it. You can also log into your AdWords account and look at the ads tab and other campaign info to determine the reason.

Please let us know what you discover.

Kind Regards,

James

Hi @steve y,

I would visit the billing section of your account to see what it says.

Click on the gear icon in the upper right hand corner and then click on Billing. You should be able to determine what happened there. Did the payment method fail? Is there an outstanding balance? Did the bank pay it and then decline it for security purposes?

Kind Regards,

James

But it's not a new add why would it be under review.

first they said because of payment then they said under review.

the problem is when the advert is stopped so do I because I do not use any other advertising.

surley as an advertiser they should be looking after me not me chasing them?

Because of the massive worldwide scale of Google's AdWords operations, it is not physically possible for them to reach out to you to resolve every account issue.  However they do send you an email whenever your account goes under review or into suspension.  So per @Manikandan G and @James_Clemens above, you should find that email and determine whether your account was suspended, or is under review and if so, why.  That is your best course of action.

The email stated I need to make a payment but the balance is only £5

so there is some mix up when I phoned them they said it's under review and will be back on soon

SOON how long is soon lol

ok thanks for all your help looks like I will just wait and see if  it is back on before they make me bankrupt☹️

If I were you i would pay the open balance even if it is a small amount.  Once your account is stopped it might be preventing it from restarting.
