Thanks for the link,

Is there an address where I can send a written letter?

Also this is the rogue agency website http://www.addpeople.co.uk and if you click their Google partner badge it goes to a page that says "The profile of this company is not currently available, either because they are not currently qualified, they have disabled their profile or the profile does not exist."

Are they a Google partner? or are they advertising this falsely? How can I check this?

Hi @Shack S,

Filling up the form referenced above is the only and the quickest way to report such issues. It would reach the right department directly.

About their badge, there might be a temporary issue, I can see they are badged and listed in the directory on the Partners' portal.

Thanks

Thanks for your reply,

Their badge has displayed the same status (as above) since I have been checking it for the last month and it's one of the main reasons why I actually terminated their service, although they called me last week and asked me to check the link again and it did actually go to a correct google partner page link saying they are a partner, but only on that day and hasn't after.

I have tried checking on this google page here https://www.google.com/partners but it says service not available each time I search them.

I need to know if they are a partner or not as they are sending me harassing letters for their outstanding fees and I need to prove that they are not actually a google partner and have provided a bad service as this could go to court.

Hi Shack,

When I search here: https://www.google.com/partners/#a_search they show up. Also, the link on the site looks fine to me - https://www.google.com/partners/#a_profile;idtf=1893150764; multiple people certified.

Being a partner or not, or having a badge that links properly or not, IMO are not signals that an agency is or isn't providing a good service. Account performance has no direct link to a partner badge and I'm fairly certain that outside of general proficiency and best practice use, Google makes few guarantees about any partners.

Without further knowledge, it sounds to me like you have a business billing dispute. Google Partner status will likely have little impact on the outcome of such an argument. I would look at your contracts with the agency for answers.

Good luck!
