What happens when you can't get an AdWords script to authorize?[ Edited ]

My company has found a script that will generate heat maps of user's behavior so we can more fine tune how we approach our ads. When I go to authorize the script, I allow it but it doesn't authorize and tells me to try again. But won't let me so I have to start over. Any suggestions?

Hi @Marie L are you the "owner" of the script, i.e. were you the person that created the script file in your Account (not the original writer)?
Sometimes you will see more than one authorisation requirement as the system "discovers" different actions within the script when it runs or previews. Have you tried simply accepting all the requests?
