Unique Password for Merchant Center

I am working on a project for a client of mine which involves getting into their merchant center. After battling their sysadmin to grant access to my company gmail account I realized that I cannot share this access with my coworker without also giving them my company email password. Is it possible to use a unique password for Merchant Center without changing my overall google account password?

simply add the coworker as a user (email) to the merchant-center-account:

note that the added user/email must not currently have
any access to any existing merchant-center-account --

or must first be (temporarily) removed from that account.

importantly perhaps, the merchant-center is mainly for submitting
product inventory data -- there is no need for any access to the
merchant-center-account if all that is being administered is the
submitted data; submitted data only needs api, ftp-password, or

scheduled-fetch-url details, and any registered feed file name,

not access to the merchant-center.

generally, there is no concept of a separate password for an individual
google-product such as the merchant-center; most all google-products
fall under the same google-account with one, single, password, for all:
