Unable to Accept Partner Invitation

Hi guys,

 

I was invited to join a company's Adwords account but when I try and register my e-mail the page refreshes and it looks like no action has been taken. I've been searching through the errors on this page and have noticed that the major one seems to be one account associated with multiple Adword accounts. This would be the first Adwords account that this e-mail would be associated with, so I do not believe that's the problem. The page just continues to refresh without advancing to the next stage. Please let me know what I should try next because Adwords will be essential for my day-to-day schedule! Thanks!

Hi @Henry R,

 

Let's try a few things and see if we can get you working correctly. 

 

1) Use Google Chrome.

2) Update Google Chrome.

3) Log out of Google and clear the cache. (Ctrl +H)

4) Disable AdBlock, UBlock or any other browser extension like this. 

5) Log back into Google.

6) Click on email to accept AdWords account access.

 

Please let us know what happens from here or if this solves the issue.

Hi James,

I have tried all of these options and unfortunately none of them have worked. If you click the: "If you have received this invitation in error, visit" link, will this forever remove an account from linking with a specific Adwords account? Even if another separate invitation has been sent? Thanks.

Sorry to hear it did not resolve. 

 

Have you tried another browser? Have you tried looking at your browser extensions and disabling them all?

 

To answer your question, no, if you remove this invitation, a new one can be sent. I would try a different browser first.

Hi James,

Just tried on Safari, Firefox, and Vivaldi and got none of them to work, even with the extensions all disabled.

That is certainly very odd. 

 

By chance, have you tried using a AdWords Manager account?

 

Please give this a try and let us know what happens.
