Trouble logging into AdWords Manager Account - Site errors

I just opened a new AdWords account, but am having technical difficulties in accessing the account dashboard. Upon loading, I see a message that says "JavaScript is required to access AdWords. Our system has detected that your browser does not have JavaScript enabled. To enable JavaScript, we suggest that you either download a newer browser version or edit your browser preferences so that you can view all Google AdWords pages." A red modal also appears stating "There was an error with your operation. If you were trying to make a change, it may not have saved. Please refresh this page to try again. If the error continues, log out of your AdWords account, then log in again and return to this page."

 

I'm using Chrome version 56.0.2924.87 (64-bit).  I have disabled AdBlock Plus and several other extensions that might have been interfering. 

I also get the same error on FireFox. 

Advice? Not a fun way to start a new account.

I just updated to Chrome Version 57.0.2987.98 (64-bit) and have the same issue.

Also tried opening in Incognito window, no luck.
