So Google suspended my account because it doesn't conform with their policies but won't say how it doesn't conform. I haven't had an active campaign in a year and a half. I ran a filter to see what didn't conform and it came up with nothing. Then I appealed, and they gave me no more information. It's bizarre!

Hi there;
What was the reason for suspension mentioned in the email received from Google? (Look for this email - it is the key for understanding the issue)
Please share the URL of the site suspended.

Your AdWords account has been suspended because it doesn't comply with our
Advertising Policies and our AdWords Terms and Conditions. Please note that
this means your account and any related accounts have been suspended, you
can't create any new accounts, and your ads will no longer run on Google,
our search partners, or on Display Network placements.

I haven't had an active campaign since 2014, and did what was in violation
but it found nothing. I appealed asking why and they gave me no info, just
upheld the suspension.

Can you share the website suspended so we can ask Google to re-look at the case?

I don't know which website was suspended! No campaign has been active for
years.

It's bizarre, it's like Google's been hacked. Looks like it's Facebook ads from now on
