Stuck in old account
Per the last phone rep I spoke with I am stuck in an old Adwords version. I cannot add coupon codes nor add access for my clients to look at their results and/or billing. A previous rep suggested adding someone else to the account and then via their account deleting myself; reversing the process to add myself back in. I'm nervous because adding someone else gave them a new ID number, so I'm not sure if this will work; nor do I want to loose my existing data.
Has anyone else dealt with this issue?

If you are still stuck with the old version then you can call up adwords customer center and ask them for assistance.
