Spending ~60k a month, can I get some help?

I have contacted Google 6 times.. Each time the AdWords department forwards me to the Google My Business department, and the My Business dept forwards me right back to the AdWords department. This hot potato game has lasted 6 calls. Everyone is completely clueless and I have not received any promised phone calls thus far.

There seems to be an issue between Google My Business and the AdWords account.... 

We have added 2 new company locations in the Google My Business account 3+ weeks ago. They are not syncing with the AdWords account. Even the primary owner of the Google My Business Account(who is also primary owner of AdWords account) cannot see the 2 new locations sync. 

Adwords shows "Name unavailable" in the account extension for both of us


We have tried all kinds of weird recommended solutions, such as filtering the locations by company name on both accounts so it re-syncs, waiting 48+ hours, and many more. Nothing works.

What do you mean by "GMB department"?. 

What support channel did you use?

Indeed, it looks as a GMB issue. If the name is not on  GMB data - AdWords does not recognize it
