For over 30 days google merchant center has not been able to index our images. We loaded the new image size format on the day we saw it fail. Now the merchant centre sees a third of the products but has stopped crawling the rest of them. We have had the issue open with adwords since the 07/09 and they are not currently able to resolve the situation. I have loaded a really small feed as a test of just 5000 products and still only a 3rd are active. Has anyone else had this issue and what did you do to resolve it.

First make sure that the new image links have a different name than when you originally uploaded it.

For example if your original image is http://example.com/images/myimage.jpg than your new image name must be different.

The following are some examples what you can do.

Change the filename to http://example.com/images/myimage2.jpg

Add a query string at the end of the url such as http://example.com/images/myimage.jpg?date=10102016

Make sure that there are no other errors or warnings as this might cause a delay in approval.

For future shopping related issues, I recommend to post in the appropriate section : https://www.en.advertisercommunity.com/t5/Google-Shopping-and-Merchant/bd-p/google-shopping

Hope it helps.
