Replying to Adwords Support/Billing System Error

I set up an AdWords campaign, and already entered my billing address and payment but whilst making a change cancelled it. The money was billed, and for some reason when I try to make the campaign again it gives me an error message that just says "Uh oh" whenever it gets to the billing stage. This occurs on multiple computers.

 

Also, how do you even reply to an AdWords support email? Whenever I reply via email, it says there's an error considering that the email comes from a generic noreply AdWords-support@google.com email address. When clicking one of the other options below, it redirects me to the same AdWords help homepage. Is there any way to stay in contact??

Hi,

 

I would recommend contacting Google support at 1-866-2GOOGLE. This is their US phone number but generally works abroad as well.
