Extremely Distressed

I used to have one website Invictusstudio.com which was suspended on adwords. I would like to know about any possible concern in my new website craftivestudio.com that may lead in anaother suspension. Unfortunately, we lost a lot due to adwords suspension and never want this to happen again.

@Moshe: I hope you are here like always to help me.

Thanks,

Muhammad Usman

Hi there,

It would depend on the reason for the original suspension. Your new site seems fine, although ordering doesn't work.

If your account is suspended, then opening an new account is not the answer. You need to get the original account unsuspended.

Hello Muhaammad,

I believe the first thing you should have done is to contact google (via call or mail) and find out what went wrong with that site and your previous adwords account that lead to the suspension. That whatever it was, you should try to avoid it this time.

Secondly, go through this page https://support.google.com/adwords/answer/1704383?hl=en

It contains information on various reasons why your site might have been suspended and how you can re-submit your site for Review by AdWords.

Hi @Muhammad U,

Along with the great info provided by Dozie, I would add that having one property suspended on AdWords will typically lead to any others that you set up. The proper course of action is to clear the suspension of the first property, learn more about AdWords general use and their policies (including websites/landing pages), well before starting any AdWords advertising. I caution you on all of this, since a second suspension could likely lead to a lifetime ban of AdWords.

Kind Regards,

James

Hi Rob,

Thanks for your review. Yes, I will keep this instruction in mind.

It was a real mess from Adwords. The reason is never same. Sometimes it policy issue, some times they said payment issue.

Had a very bad experience with Google Support regarding that suspension.
