Pending API Access for two weeks

Can someone from the API team please reply. I have been waiting for over two weeks for approval for API access. I've called customer support twice and chatted with them twice. Each time, they say that can't do anything and they have sent a ticket to the API team. I have not received any confirmation of a ticket, nor any communication for the API team and the request is still in pending approval.


This is an unacceptable level of support.

We're waiting on a second token approval for the past 3 week.. It took a month to get our first one.

The problem is likely in the second form that you filled in. We had a lot of trouble with the software spec sheet that was required. I'd recommend that you have a check again here and make sure you didn't miss anything. Especially the third party policy stuff.

After resubmitting the form, wait another 2 days.
You might also want to ask over in the official API forum as they will have some better insight.!forum/adwords-api
