Past Campaigns Gone & Now I Start From Scratch?

I haven't done a campaign in about 3-6 months, but when I logged in today Adwords didn't recognize my account or any of my past campaigns. I'm the only one with access to the account and I didn't delete anything. Was there an update or something I missed that made my account reset? Can I get any of my past campaign data back?

Hi Dolly,

Please make sure if you are assessing the adwords stats by using the sub-tab status as "All" or "All but removed" rather than "All enabled".

Hey Dolly, how are things?

Can you try and clean your browser cache and cookie information? This usually happens when you log in more then one Google account. Make sure that the Adwords account showing is exactly the one for the e-mail you have used previously.

If everything is correct and it's the same e-mail from before, could be some system problem, and I would recommend for you to call support: https://support.google.com/adwords/answer/8206?hl=en

Hope this helps.
