No confirmation email - so no account access?[ Edited ]

I received a 'verify your bank account' email but have never received the 'confirm your email address' email. Obviously, the email address is correct, and nothing went to junk mail. How do I request "another" email confirmation? The account is apparently locked until I get this confirmation email (that is, logging into that account shows only the 'we sent you an email' page - nothing else).
