Need to speak with someone in charge
So today I spoke with customer service regarding my issue twice, both times I got hung up on and denied the right to speak to a manager or somebody that wouldn't give me the answer "because I said so"
I tried calling back and asking for a manager and was promised a call back but never got one.
So how do I get to talk with someone that can actually help me, preferably in charge
