My Google Shopping Listings Keep Disppearing
Hi I'm part of a small business and we currently use Shopify along with the Google Shopping app to publish our listings to Google. When the listing are posted via the app they show up for a few days but then disappear. There are no issues with the listings because the Google shopping app won't publish the items if there are any errors. I would like to know if anyone is having these issues and if so do you have a solution? Is it possible that the Google Shopping app is the issue? Should I ditch the Shopify app and build the feed manually? I'm open to any solution? I'm curious as to what other methods are being used. Please help. Thank you.

first, verify status, last-update date, and expiration, by clicking on the
item's title under the products-list-tab of the merchant-center-account:
also, be certain that the proper target-country is
being selected in the country drop-down menu.
submitted data with an early expiration_date, improper target-country data,
or improper id details, may cause items to be automatically removed from
the merchant-center-account listings, for a specific target-country, without
any errors or warnings.
if the data is being submitted via an app and the api,
rather then the app submitting a data-feed-file then,
also inspect the api-diagnostics in the merchant-center:
then, be certain that items are matching an active product-group,
within the linked-account's shopping-campaign, and are being
assigned a competitive bid -- check the impression data within
the linked-account to verify the listings are being seen by others.
showing as a google-shopping-listing requires enough bid and quality
to win a slot in the actions -- searching for the same items over and
over again without positive actions may cause items to be removed
automatically from those specific auction listings.
