My Adwords Acount got suspened

I am new to Adword.

1. I made payment, and applied a coupon which i got from my agency.

2. My word was running smoothly.

3. But the ad position was bad, so i increased the bid. Again ads approve and running.

4. But for better ad I made changes in Ad copy, ad copy was in review.

5. Ad copy was approved, and then i seen your account is suspended.

 

Please help me out to get my account back. First time I was using Adword.

You should have received an email from Google that mentions the policy violation.


The first step is to work out which policy and figure out how to fix the problem.

Look for an earlier email from Google that mentions a specific policy.

There is only one email, no other email from Google. I made payment on 25th July, I am new, and my account is suspended on 26th.
