My Account Was Suspended For A Billing Issue And I Can't Get ANY Support
Over a week ago I found this message on my Google Adwords account:
"Your account is suspended - We've identified suspicious behaviour in the payment activity of this or your other AdWords accounts."
As far as I know there was nothing wrong with my billing information so I used the live chat support where they told me to fill in this form: https://support.google.com/adwords/contact/pf_suspended
Which I did and received this response:
"Thank you for writing in. While reviewing your account, our specialists identified suspicious behavior in the payment activity of this or your other AdWords accounts. To help prevent any unauthorized activity, we suspended your AdWords accounts."
This does not tell me any information about the problem at all and leaves me nowhere?
I tried live chat again and they kept linking me the above page where I kept submitting forms and kept getting the EXACT same response.
I tried calling and they said the only way to get help is through the same email form [which I have tried 5 times!] or by opening a topic here, so here I am.
All I want is a personal response to what I can do to get my account back, is there any chance? Or is the account doomed?
