Hi @Katherine Z,

 

If you no more want to advertise with AdWords then you can cancel your account.

But if it's just regarding the charges due to which you want to proceed for account cancellation then I would recommend to contact the AdWords support, they will help you regarding the same.

Google Hold my $750 over 6 months, they promise they will refund me in 1 week or 10 days, but i cancel my account 3 times, they never send me my money.

my bank can't charge back because of over 6 months.

 

how can i get my money back?

No they will NOT! I called about a refund as I was being charged for an ad that I didn't know was running as for some reason the system duplicated my ad so I didn't even know a second one existed. Spoke to a "manager" who literally told me that they are not going to refund me and that if I wanted my money back I would need to dispute it with my credit card company. ABSOLUTELY ABSURD! I wish I had written down the reps name so I could report him to corporate. Its been 2 months and I am still trying to get a refund. Any suggestions?

hi Brian Z,

you only 2 months, i have spent my 1 years + 2 months.

They will not refund for us

I used Payoneer master card, and now it's expired ... lost my $750
