Getting charged for multiple clicks from one single impression

I am getting real fed up with paying for multiple clicks from one impression by the same IP address/potential customer!

Google needs to stop being money grubbers and implement a system where we are only charged for one click per IP/person for at least a 12 hour period, if not 24 hour period!

I feel I need to gather the masses who feel the same way and start a class action lawsuit.

I run a computer repair service and I don't get paid multiple times for multiple clicks off the same impression!!!

I only get paid once per customer per day and Google should too!

I am thoroughly disgusted with Google's money hungry tactics.

Hi @Robert K,

You can exclude the IP address and prevent them from seeing your ad. And you can utilize third party tools to do much more. And you have the option to discontinue use of AdWords, since it is a voluntary product that you have complete control over.

Please use this information to exclude the offending IP address.

You can also contact AdWords Express/AdWords Support and have them look at your account with you and discuss it further. Call 1-866-246-6453 Monday-Friday, 9:00 am to 8:00 pm (EST). And you can use this interactive web form to send your feedback directly to Google.

Kind Regards,

James

No I can't. Google doesn't give me ip addresses first off. Secondly, it's
different customers doing it and I don't have time to sit by my Adwords
account 24/7 to try to block ip addresses. It's impossible for me to do
anyhow as the multiple clicks off the same impression happens within
minutes or less of each other and I'm not a psychic.

How about you stop telling me what I need to do and Google change the
system to how a fair and trustworthy company should run things.

By Google charging us for multiple clicks in short periods of time, it
shows us Google only cares about Google and doesn't give a sh*t about their
customers.

I've done been on the phone for literally hours with support and all I get
are excuses and call back promises that never happen. I've been waiting
over a month without hearing any response about an invalid click
investigation when I was told it would take no longer than 7 business days.

Google knows my new small business relies on my Google Adwords ads. I spend
over $500 a month and Google won't credit me a lousy $18 worth of 2+ clicks
off 1 impression without giving me grief, the runaround, and a bunch of
false promises. Once I figure out a different means of reliable
advertising, I will never use Google again and will only have bad things to
say about how Google treats their customers, all over some borderline
illegal tactics to screw me and its customers out of as much money it
possibly can.

Hi @Robert K,

My information is provided based on your first reply.

I am getting real fed up with paying for multiple clicks from one impression by the same IP address/potential customer!

Further, I am not telling you what to do... I am spending my time to be polite and give your help inquiry a reply to attempt to assist you. That is what we all do here when someone makes a post. We cannot tell Google to adjust their system so that is not an option for any of us. If you feel that abusing those that are being friendly and spending their time to interact in a public forum, so be it.

Best Wishes,

James

Apologies. I'm new to these forums and when I saw expert replied, I thought that was a Google representative.

We all need to stand together and do something about these unjust charges.

I'm personally going to see if the media knows about how Google's single impression, multiple click, double charging customers, works.
