Forced into Adwords Express Setup

I'm trying to set up an Adwords account for a client and the process is forcing creation of an Adwords Express account, which I don't want. How can I create a standard Adwords account, as I've done many times before. Going to adwords.google.com just dumps me back into the Adwords Express setup.

Turns out the setup just defaulted to Adwords Express. I backed up to step 2 and was able to switch to the regular Adwords setup.

Probably the best solution "To stop the Express account from running ads, log in to the Express inteface and use the stop/delete ads function."

Use AdWords Editor to migragate data to "new" account.
