Dynamic Remarketing Custom Parameters Issues

I am setting up dynamic remarketing for several of our clients and keep running into the same issue.  Here is the error that we constantly get:

Top 10 URLs without "ecomm_prodid"

Our developers have implemented the custom parameters and they show on all of our product pages.  When I use Tag Assistant almost all of our products, including most of the ones listed on the error doc, are validated.  

 

A couple of key bits of info:

1) We are not using GTM right now

2) We have implemented all of the Retail features in Google Analytics (Custom Definitions and the Retail Dynamic Attributes)

 

What is causing the errors?  Is there something that we are missing?
