Display Network Display URLs with DoubleClick Final URLs

I am creating a display network campaign in AdWords that is using pre-created DoubleClick URLs.

I would like the Display URL to show the client's site's domain, but I will get an error if it is not "doubleclick.net" to line up with the Final URL.

Note, that I am not running this campaign through the DoubleClick interface, but rather AdWords.

Is there a way around this? Can I use a doubleclick.net Final URL but have www.CLIENTSITE.com as the Display URL?

@anthony m;

Simple answer: No. Display domain and landing page domain must match. This is a cornerstone of AdWords Policy;

Very well. I thought there might be an exception since this was through Google's own DoubleClick property.

We found a work around using tracking templates for the redirects.

Thank you for your response.
