Can't activate account

Is there any region-related restriction, but I do not get any option to choose country under Settings>Billing>Account setup?

Country dropdown is empty and continue-button is disabled.


My location is Estonia.

I see Estonian as a language option and billing country option. If one of your features isn't working you may want to clear cache or sign out and sign back in to see if your technical issues resolve themselves. If that doesn't work please reach out to support
