Campaign will not start

I am a new customer and created a new campaign.  It shows that the campaign is enabled and eligible but it is not starting.  I tried to contact support but cannot due to technical issues.  Any ideas?

Try using the ad preview and diagnosis tool. That might shed some light on what's occurring.

First, did the Preview tool show your Search ads?

second there are a few ways you can contact Google, mail, phone (1-866-246-6453) or live chat, someone at AdWords support will be able to look into the exact cause of this for you.
